Another farm animal spent some time in our Pod this term - this beautiful lamb spent a morning with us!

When Country Comes to Town

On Wednesday 9th September, we had a special visitor to Whā Kahurangi.  "Lucky" the baby chicken was rescued during a heavy frost on Wednesday morning, suffering from hypothermia, and kept in R6 until she was well enough to go back to her mum.

She had lots of keen Y7/8s who looked after her so well that on Friday afternoon she was able to be released back into the henhouse with the other chickens.
