A visit by Mike Cron, All Blacks forwards coach

.Mike came to visit today and bought his World Cup medal with him, very exciting moment for some of our students and staff.

                 Mike was a policeman for 23 years before becoming a full time coach.

As a coach Mike has looked at many sports including judo and sumo wrestling, and gymnastics to get ideas to train the All Blacks and give them new skills to control their bodies on the field as well as limiting injuries.

Thanks to Gary Cron, Mike's brother, and a teacher at our school, for organising this visit today.

                             A real highlight for Jesse, who loves his rugby.
